Macomb has an incredible education sector, highlighted by Western Illinois University, Spoon River College, and Macomb High School. Our manufacturers are a large, integral part of our town, most notably NTN Bower, Pella, and Yetter Manufacturing. This diverse place is also home to a vibrant agricultural sector as well having a strong medical system, headed by McDonough District Hospital.
