Macomb City Administrator is appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Administrator is charged with the implementation of policies established by the Mayor and City Council and is otherwise responsible for the administration of the day-to-day affairs of the city. He supervises and coordinates the work of all city departments: Police, Fire, Public Works, Water, Business Office, Waste Water, and Building and Zoning. The Administrator also serves as the City’s Budget Officer and, as such, is responsible for the preparation of the City’s Annual Budget and related financial accounting and reporting matters.
